Mike and Linda Baker invite you to our lovingly restored, circa 1904 home in beautiful downtown Fergus. Walk to local pubs, shops, fine restaurants, the Grand River, and the Elora Cataract Trailway system. A five-minute drive or cab ride (20 to 30-minute walk) to the shops and restaurants of Elora.

After the Ceilidh (pronounced kay-lee, from the Gaelic for party or dance) offers two spacious guest suites: The Skye Garden Suite is an intimate third-floor hideaway featuring queen-sized bed, private ensuite bath, gas fireplace, separate air conditioner, mini fridge, coffee maker, and relaxing Jacuzzi tub for two. Skye rate is $150 per night, tax and breakfast included. The romantic Ceilidh Castle Suite offers a queen mahogany four poster bed, private ensuite bath with jet massage shower, gas fireplace, separate air conditioner, mini fridge, and coffee maker. Castle rate is $125 per night, tax and breakfast included. Our guests enjoy the common MacKay sitting room with TV, comfy chairs, and a second floor balcony.

Awake to the aroma of a multi-course, full breakfast. Enjoy home baking, fresh fruit and hot entrées in the Victorian dining room. Smoke free; smoking permitted on the balcony and front porch. Open year-round, 10% discount for multi-night lodging.
